MIDTOWN MIAMI - EDGEWATER
PRE CONSTRUCTION CONDOS
Edgewater runs along Biscayne Bay north of Downtown, and its bayfront towers look out over the water. Margaret Pace Park is the neighborhood's front lawn, with waterfront paths and courts. Just west, across Biscayne Boulevard, Midtown Miami is a compact grid of shops, restaurants, and residences between Wynwood and the Design District. Together they give you bay views on one side and galleries and dining on the other.

Edgewater is calm and residential, built around sunrise over the bay. Midtown is more social and more about the street. Here you can pick between the two, or have both within a few blocks.
Design and Architecture Senior High (DASH), a Miami-Dade County public magnet school, is in the Design District at 4001 NE 2nd Ave. Morningside K-8 Academy (6620 NE 5th Ave.) and Jose de Diego Middle (3100 NW 5th Ave.) are nearby public options. The Cushman School (PK–12, 592 NE 60th St.) is a private school just north. Confirm zoning and magnet deadlines with M-DCPS.
Walk Score rates Wynwood-Edgewater at 87 for walking, 64 for transit, and 78 for biking. The Midtown shops at 3401 N. Miami Ave. score 95 for walking, and 2600 Biscayne Blvd. in Edgewater scores 92. The free City of Miami Trolley's Biscayne route serves the area along Biscayne Boulevard. Metromover's Omni Loop ends at School Board station, just south of Edgewater, which puts Downtown and Brightline within easy reach.
